HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE !!!
haha... another year has passed n its Singapore's bdae again... today is another public holiday... woke up bout 10... then we went to the farmmart at Lim Chu Kang there... went there before, but that was a long time ago... saw ppl pond-fishing, make me feel like fishing too... haha... but if i do go, i will prolly be going to the Pasir Ris one.. nearer n easier to bring the fish back if i catch any... after that, we drove around the area... we visited some vegetable farms n some fish farms... it was fun n different from the usual shopping and stuff... for lunch, we headed down to Taman Jurong.. haha... my old attachment place... we drove pass MediPearl then went on for lunch... ordered the mince meat noodles... taste still as good as ever... ^^ ... our next destination after lunch was Jurong Point... after much persuassion then only was my father willing to go... dont know what he has against JP... anyway, we spent bout an hour there before going to IMM... wow... it sure was crowded... just finding a parking lot took us half hour... we did our groceries there before going home...
watch the National Day Parade on tv for awhile... only my mum n my dad watch the whole thing... every year its basically the same thing... nothing interest me... maybe the fireworks bahX... haha... well, the only difference is that this year, there will be performances n fireworks at 4 different areas i think... one of them is Padang as usual, and the other 3 locations are Tampines, Yishun n Jurong... saw the fireworks from Tamp n Padang from my house window... haha... shiok right... the fireworks is nice, but i always find it too short... haha..
