today's my IPPT test... warm-up began at 7.15am n the actual stations took place 15min later... 1st station was Sit-ups (40 = 5pts)... 2nd station SBJ got 225cm = 3pts... 3rd station was chin-ups n managed to do 10 = 4pts... 4th station was shuttle run 10.2sec = 4pts... 5th station was the 2.4km run n did it in 10min 50sec... heeX... overall i got a silver which means i got $100 in my pocket now ;)
