Before the actual Chinese New Year celebrations begin, chinese will always celebrate the eve with either a reunion lunch or dinner... it is a time when each and every family members make time out of their busy schedule to come together to have a meal... the meal is usually a sumptuous one which includes shark fin and abalone for the better income families or just a wide spread of food...
this year, there were still 5 people at the dining table where we had our reunion lunch... just that the 5th person was no longer her but was my aunt... i missed her presence... but i guess that needs time getting used to... getting used to the fact that she wont be around for future occasions such as this :(
later in the evening we will be popping over my other aunt's place for dinner... this time round will be with all my cousins n relatives... im sure my cousins will ask where is she... guess i have to go thru this either way... after that will be off to camp... damn sianz... tml first day of chinese new year must do duty... *crap*
